Trying on winter clothing takes a while — layers go on and off, and you need to see how a jacket sits over a sweater. Telling us your dates and sizes beforehand means the pieces are pulled and hanging ready, rather than you waiting while we look.试穿冬装需要时间 —— 一层层穿上脱下，还要看外套套在毛衣外面的效果。 先把日期和尺码告诉我们，衣服会先挑好挂着等你，不必到了才慢慢找。

Most people book a fitting after work. We stay open late precisely because that is when our customers are actually free.多数人都是下班后才来试穿。我们营业到这么晚，正是因为那才是客人真正有空的时间。

A fitted-out showroom, not a pickup point是正式装修的展示厅，不是取货点
People ask, reasonably, whether rented winter clothing is second-hand and grubby. It is a fair question and the honest answer is easiest to give in pictures — this is the actual room you will be standing in.客人会问：租来的冬装是不是二手的、脏脏的？ 这问题很合理，而最诚实的回答就是直接看照片 —— 这就是你会站着试穿的那个空间。
Everything is dry-cleaned between rentals, hung properly, and kept on racks rather than folded in boxes.每件衣物在出租之间都会送干洗，好好挂起来，放在衣架上而不是折起来塞在箱子里。
Sanitised in an LG Styler on a schedule定期用 LG Styler 消毒杀菌
On top of dry cleaning, the winter wear in our showroom goes through an LG Styler on a regular schedule — steam sanitising that kills bacteria and refreshes the fabric between fittings, without wearing the garment out the way repeated washing would.除了送干洗，店内的冬装还会定期放进 LG Styler —— 蒸气消毒杀菌并让布料回复清爽，而且不像反覆水洗那样伤衣服。
